I doubt it comes with a ticket... you should get your information from research that you do on your own or hire a realtor. Do you speak Japanese? Can you read Japanese? Its not as easy as "I found a house. Where is the key?" Perhaps thinking about the process more seriously might help. Perhaps wanting to live somewhere because of an American basketball player is insulting to the locals.
