I doubt it comes with a ticket... you should get your information from research that you do on your own or hire a realtor. Do you speak Japanese? Can you read Japanese? Its not as easy as "I found a house. Where is the key?" Perhaps thinking about the process more seriously might help. Perhaps wanting to live somewhere because of an American basketball player is insulting to the locals. Perhaps the locals have more to offer than a famous basketball players name who isn't even Japanese. Good luck with your impatience, bye.
